Introduction: Neighborhood Community Findings

As a result we started in 2000 a Research and Action Project to public expose the issue, then apply Personal, Scientific and Technological findings and resources to stop, enforce and educate noise violators from its source.
Therefore our Research and Action Plan Goals are layout as follows:

Conclusions: From our research, Sound Pollution.ORG concludes that besides being one of the matters of air pollution, noise is also a form of weapon. Individuals, groups or institutions that use it without restricted regulations, follow the same path of felony and premeditated criminal behavior performed by a class of harmful individuals, found in many levels of society. Therefore noise events should be investigate on its origin background as a criminal action plan first.
