(obs: This issue has been updated after my personal appeal to and by the post actions of the San Francisco Taxicab Commission)

In this case, the purchasing agent is a person representing the business owner who end up causing the driver, the mechanic and the business owner major problems.

We need to make all 3 accountable.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that there is corruption running at the San Francisco taxi cabs mechanic shops. We the neighbors are ending up having to pay for it. Our ears are ringing and it is a daily head-aches.
Please, It is time to stop now!
1. Here is what you can do: Call the Cab Detail of San Francisco. (415) 487-1004
2. Here is the list of the violators [*update*], (part of the research). If you to take a cab with noise brakes, in the end of your route, pay the fare and do not "tip", instead request them to fix the offending brakes. Thank you!

Appears that the word has got out there and the cab industry is getting some of their cars fixed. Still some other companies all need to shape up. What we need is accountability of past and present actions, so this kind of problems won't repeat in the future. As we all know you create a problem, (intentionally), you will have to take the responsibility for it even after you have fixed it.
