Cases on Neighborhood noise violations

Yesterday they run a blimp balloon rounding in circles in North Beach, Fisherman Warf, Downtown and Russian Hill. From morning to afternoon I have been listening to this "hummmmm" in the air. I went outside with the camera and sound meter. Here is what I have been observing. The higher point was 72 db. Lowers 61-63db. In the mean time, Channel 7 News was advertising in their news section that this Blimp was a work for kids. Too bad their teacher and organizers failed by acoustics.
